Spa Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, team performance, and sales growth. The Spa Manager fosters a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation, while aligning all activities with Bioskinspa’s GROWTH values.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee and optimize daily spa operations and service flow

·Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and team goals

·Ensure a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere for clients and staff

·Manage inventory levels and operational efficiency

·Deliver personalized customer consultations and service excellence

·Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales and retention targets

·Monitor financial performance, including revenue and profitability

·Collaborate with top management to align strategies with company vision

·Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards

·Implement marketing campaigns and maintain social media presence

·Prepare detailed operational and financial reports

·Establish and monitor service quality standards

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

·Certifications in Leadership, Sales & Revenue Management (spa or wellness certifications are a plus)

·Minimum 5 years of experience in spa or sales management

Skills & Competencies:

·Strong leadership and team management abilities

·Proficiency in CRM software and inventory systems

·Analytical mindset with strong reporting and budgeting skills

·Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

·Ability to manage pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
